Dear Alison and all at Phoenix Amesbury, a big thankyou for the professional service that l received in the passing of my bike test. It has been an ambition of mine for many years but l have never got round to it. A thankyou to Jason for the CBT training that was done in a thorough and relaxing way. It was great to get back on a bike after nearly 26 years even in the wind and rain. Marcus thanks to you l passed my test great training and made to feel at ease. The bikes were ...well maintained along with the equipment provided from the helmets to the wet weather gear. Alison many thanks for sorting out all of the admin side the booking of the tests and the efficiency of the bookings and the information provided. Tony you run a professional outfit with all the cogs running in perfect unison, thankyou for your time with the ride in too the mod 2 test again made to feel at ease
Thanks to everyone at Pheonix who got me through my direct access training course despite having to work round my chemotherapy treatments.
As you can see I've gone for a sensible first bike Z1000 :-)
|A really big thank you to Tony, Marcus and the team at Phoenix Amesbury for getting me through my test, I couldn't recommend you enough, great training school, great bikes and really great bunch of guys. Hopefully see you all around at a few bike meets now :)
I just wanted to say thank-you for the excellent training I received from Marcus & Pete Blake. It got me through the CBT, and the Module 1/2 in not much more than a month, and it has given the confidence to buy and ride my own bike. I bought my own ER-6F in early June, just after passing my test, and have enjoyed the summer riding to work and back, and generally improving my skills and confidence in traffic.
I also want to thank you for your excellent service in organising my training and tests.
I'd like to extend a huge thank you to the team for getting me through my MOD1 and 2, with 1st time passes on both. The instruction starting with Marcus on my conversion and then with Tony for my Mod's was second to none. Both showed huge patience, talent and great professionalism in their work, clear and well thought out training from a company that cares about their students time on the road beyond just passing tests.
Again many thanks (and to Ali for organising it all at fairly short notice).
Just wanted to email you to say what a great
Instructor Marcus at the Salisbury branch is.
I passed my mod 2 today, which wouldn't
have been possible if it wasn't for Marcus's ability and patience. I will recommend your company unreservedly to anyone wishing to carry out motorcycle training.
Thanks to Tony and the team for helping me obtain my dream
|Hello Allison, as you probably already know me and jack passed today. I wanted to say thank you very much for sorting us out with dates and thank you for all the training it was to a high standard, thank you again
|I cannot recommend Pheonix Motorcyle Training highly enough. From the first contact to arriving back in Amesbury after passing my test they were not only highly professional but genuinely interested in developing me into safe and competent motorcyclist rather than simply getting me through my test. Their approach is a no nonsense one but it is above all constructive – riding a motorcycle is a risky business and Phoenix do everything in their power to mitigate the risks. There is no doubt I was a difficult and testing student and even earned the title of Chief Muppet complete with a certificate! If Pheonix can teach me to ride a motorcycle safely and to pass my test they can teach anyone – if you are thinking about learning, try them, you will not be disappointed. Nick aged 48.
|"I would like to thank all my instructors who passed on their extensive knowledge right thru from the CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2, which I passed on the 19th July.
Tony, you have gathered a group of instructors who show that they live and breath bikes, who taylor their instructional methods to the client, are patent, constructive and are a credit to the company.
I felt confident on my new bike (Triumph Trophy 1200) (I know, I know), but every time I ride it, I remember the pearls of wisdom passed on by you all.
I hope that in 3 years time I will be ready to attend your instructors course.
Also I must thank Alison, who I'm sure gets forgotten in "the back room", you have been great juggling dates around my "not so stable work patten".
Again thank you all and I will continue to sing your praise to all.
Michael Douglas (Doug)"
Hi Alison and Tony
Please pass on all my thanks to Tony and the boys in helping me pass my bike test last Friday, Tony was absolutely fantastic on Thursday around Salisbury and on Friday for the test.
And also a huge thanks to you for all of your hard work in arranging all of the test dates and for all the answers you gave to my endless questions.
I’ve included a photo of me on my Triumph Tiger 900.
Thanks again for all of your hard work
Regards Ian Jacques
Would just like to say a big thanks to Steve and Marcus for getting me through my CBT on Sunday. Their patience and instruction was brilliant and I really enjoyed the day. Despite being shall we say "challenged" by gear changes I took what I was told and now am confidently getting all the way up to 5th and pipping 60 Mph (on suitable roads of course)!
"Huge thank you to the Phoenix team for getting me though the direct access test. Tony thanks for the guidance and being constantly in my ear lol . Top professional company will be spreading the word. Just need the weather now so I can take my new beast out ."
|Hi alison i would just like to say a big thank you to yourself and the team.
You have been extremely helpful organising my training around my awkward
schedule, and the team have been so helpful and patient with me from my
first ride on CBT through to passing MOD 2. I will be recommending you to
anyone who is looking to ride, and even those who arent! Thank you
